What to Expect in a co-living environment?

A co-living space serves as the best of both worlds - a personal space to spend time alone as well as shared spaces to interact with others who share the co-living space.

We offer a hassle-free experience with move-in-ready homes, and save you the trouble of finding house mates!

As it is a shared space after all, there are some house rules to be mindful of so everyone can have a pleasant time!

      Quiet hours - 10pm to 9am.

At Perch, quiet hours are between 10pm to 9am the next morning. Do keep noise levels down during this time frame to avoid waking up your housemates!

Clean up after use of common facilities.

After using common facilities like the pantry please clean up after yourself, leaving a clean space just like what you would expect when entering.

While our apartments do have weekly cleaning services of the common area, let’s all do our part to keep the place neat and tidy.

Putting back communal items back to their original place, cleaning up after you’ve split something, or wiping the dining table after your meal will do the job.

      Care for the Environment
We can all play our part to care for the environment.

Switch off your lights when leaving the room, turn off your fans or air conditioning when not in use, and turn off the shower heater once you’re done with your bath.

Every small action makes a difference!

      Inviting Guests Over
It’s your place, and we want you to be comfortable here. Of course you are allowed to bring guests over! However, do note that overnight stay is strictly not allowed.
